Three rounds of heat, cold and rest. A host keeps time.

Sit low your first time. The host throws water on the stones. Stay as long as feels good.

COLD
Walk into the Sound, or stand in the sea air. A minute is plenty.
- 3
REST
Sit, drink water, watch the water. The rest is where the good happens.

REPEAT
Two more rounds. The heat gets easier, the cold gets kinder.
